The roof was leaking near a classroom and had soft areas around two drains, but weekday removal would have created too much noise over occupied rooms. We agreed on a weekend-heavy schedule with smaller finishing tasks completed during closed hours. Interior protection was installed above the affected classroom, storage cabinets, and the route to the roof hatch. The playground below the loading area was closed and covered during tear-off.
