"Wayne at Newcrete was very easy to work with, and we quickly reached a deal for him to repair a large crack and seal the driveway and the small sidewalk that connected it. Two Technicians arrived first, explaining what the job entailed, and began setting up to begin the work. Wayne, the Owner, arrived shortly afterward and gave them final directions prior to going to another worksite. The technicians worked methodically to first repair the crack and then apply the seal for the driveway and sidewalk. This took some time because the driveway had to be power-washed and dried before the sealant was applied. When completed, the technicians showed me the work that was completed, and they roped off the area that had been worked on. The work was methodical and completed with care and professionalism. "First lets talk about Stabil's business practices. I got 2 quotes to do the job. The first company gave me a quote that was 60% more than Stabil. Now price isn't the only thing that factors in here, it was that Stabil gave me an estimate based off what they thought the amount of polyurethane it would take and told me if it took more the cost per lb. The other company gave me a price I have to believe was for worst case scenario which if it didn't take all the polyurethane they believed it was never mentioned I get a refund. So, because of their honesty and sound business practice I went with Stabil. Now lets move onto the repair. Kevin and TJ showed up on time and started with he pool. Kevin talked to me during the event about the dangers of lifting concrete that include the possibility the pool concrete may not move because of the pedestal under the diving board and the possibility of cracking. He took his time and as the deck started to rise he made sure to bring it up evenly to prevent cracks. the pool was a success. Next was the porch. The porch was cracked in the middle all the way to the sides, where I had 6 separate pieces. Kevin and Tj brought up each section one piece by piece until all 6 sections were some what level. They got it so level it only took 4 bags of concrete leveler to finish the job and you would never know the cracks where there."

"I had called Kinetic Basement Solutions because one of my two sump pump pits began filling with water. The pits had no pumps and very little water in them for years but that all changed recently. The team assessed the situation and installed two pumps, one in each pit, along with exterior drainage basins and I no longer worry about the water. They performed the installation about a week after I told them I wanted to move forward and they were nothing but professional. The installation inside was done well and there was no cleanup I had to do when they left! Outside, I had one minor aesthetic concern that was addressed immediately the following day. More companies should be as responsive as Kinetic. Nicole and the office staff are a pleasure to deal with."

"Juan Carlos, the President, was punctual, courteous and professional. When he came to my home for the consultation, he described (and showed me pictures of) my options and I ended up paying a little more to upgrade the materials and pattern for the walkway. On the day of installation -- which was a few days earlier than originally anticipated -- Juan Carlos and his crew were punctual, polite and friendly and it took only 4 or 5 hours to complete the work. They went above and beyond in removing my old paver stones and putting them where I requested in my back yard (although that wasn't part of what I had contracted for), and did a beautiful job on the installation. During the installation, they laid down additional gravel and sand and protective barrier before they installed the pavers. Then they smoothed everything out, made the height from the walkway to the front porch safer and a more comfortable stepping distance (the step from the porch to the walkway before was so high it could be dangerous, and they fixed it without even mentioning that they were going to do so, and without charging me extra for it), and applied a cement-type product to make the pavers stick solidly together. Before they left, they added additional mulch to the planter beds next to the walkway, which matched the mulch I already had down, then raked it all smooth (which, again, wasn't specified in my contract but they did it anyway). They also cleaned up all of the debris from the work and rolled up my garden hose and placed it back where I normally store it. I would definitely recommend Sylca Inc."
