We worked with Eva, their design consultant and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She took the time to understand our requirements and preferences and came up with the beautiful design for the bathrooms. Her suggestions were spot on and Eva was able to source the materials quickly and they were able to start the work as promised. The workers were very professional, considerate, respectful and did a fantastic job! Our construction manager, Cetin , visited regularly to see how things were progressing and address any concerns we had. We made a few changes along the way and they were able to accommodate them easily. They were able to finish our bathroom remodel in five weeks, and they turned out beautiful!! It was an absolute pleasure to work everyone from Zenith Kitchen and Bath and we highly recommend them!"

I ordered 12 vinyl replacement windows (including a garden window in the kitchen) after researching thoroughly and receiving several quotes. I chose this company due to their highly favorable reviews from review sources and their top ratings and the beautiful, top quality windows they offer. (While many people dislike vinyl windows for their appearance, the windows this company offers would likely change their minds - they are elegant and simply beautiful.) My project manager is exceptional - very courteous, knowledgeable, supportive, and professional. He came out to my house and did a thorough inspection of my windows, sills, frames, etc. He was not pushy at all while explaining what he and his company can do and answering all my questions. He provided an estimate on the spot (and held to his estimate all the way through to completion of the project). I also asked him about several other areas around the house where the wood was rotting. He included these areas in the estimate without additional charge. They cleaned up all debris, swept outside areas, and vacuumed inside areas all with the utmost courtesy and respect. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. "Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."
