"My A/C unit started not cooling as well as it should on Sunday.  The blower motor wasn't blowing as it should.  I called a left a message to have them call me Monday.  They called before 8:00 am on Monday and had someone at my house by 8:30 am.Brandon examined the unit (still under warranty for 5 more days) and determined the fan motor was bad.  He was able to get the parts from another Herring office and returned and installed them.  Brandon was very professional.  I've used Herring several times and will use them again."

" Our air conditioner stopped working on sat the 20th.It was like 101 that day..VERY hot.I called Mr. Sewell and fortunately for us he had a cancellation and came out within 40 mins. He was able to get our unit up and working despite not having the exact part on his truck, He came back out on tues and replaced the temp one with the correct part and even took the time to clean our unit which was pretty dirty. We decided to actually pay for their maintenance plan which was 149.00 of the 351.00.So he did the full inspection ect on tues and will come out again in 6 months.I was very happy with this company and I would recommend them to EVERYONE! <br />"
