"Excellent job. The entire job took only 1/2 day. Price in my opinion was very reasonable. Overall a superb experience. I could add only one minor critique item. The after job cleanup could have been a bit more thorough. I've found more loose nails, screws and gutter straps than I would have expected. Overall, I'm very happy with this job. I have nice new gutters and the price was good. Great job guys."

"Excellent service and professional crew. The results were exactly as described in proposal. The final outcome solved my drainage issue. Every time I get hard rains, the drainage project performs and expected. The price was a bit higher than most other contractors, but the final job is worth it, you get what you pay for. Thanks. "We had a hailstorm in March 2020 right before the shutdown. Will came out and inspected our house and found damage to roof siding and gutters. He then contacted my insurance and because of covid my insurance company’s color match and inspection departments were closed. He stayed with them until they approved the repairs in July 2020. The roof was replaced immediately. The siding was on back order because of covid, we were kept informed though out this time. The siding came in in December 2020 and we asked them to wait until after Christmas, which they did. The 1st was on a weekend, so January 4th they began installing the siding which took 2 days and then they installed the gutters on the 3rd day. Could not have been happier with the work or more grateful for their help with insurance and suppliers during this pandemic. Also I want to thank them for keeping me updated though all the months it took because of covid. Had to be frustrating to them also. The house looks great and I am very happy!"

"I have nothing but a praise for Bryan.  He is so professional, trustworthy and punctual.   He replied to all of my e-mails right away, no matter how insignificant the issues were.   I just moved in this house in May.  Prior to hiring him, I had a landscaping company that my neighbors recommended to do a drainage work to stop the leakage.  It didn't make any improvement after the first heavy rain.  This company came back and told me the drainage is fine and they thought the problem was chimney.  That's when I called Bryan, who pointed out what should have been done to improve the drainage.  Also, he pointed out the necessary improvement on some flashings and the chimney/siding.  He sounded like he knew the business so well and presented his plan confidently that I didn't call any other basement waterproofing companies.  Also, he diagnosed every aspect of the problem, so I didn't have to call specialists separately, i.e. for roof, chimney, etc.  He said he likes working from higher up, so he first repaired the flashings, chimney, and siding.  On the day of the drainage work, Bryan brought in a large crew, and they finished it in one day.  Not only to fix the current problems but to eliminate any possible future leakage, they even moved a fence post  and improved the drainage under that.  After they completed that work, Bryan pointed out a gutter that wasn't working properly at all, which could cause a leakage in the future.  It was a minor work to attach a proper drain pipe to the gutter and redirect the pipe appropriately.  I had him come back to do the job in October.  Overall, I am very pleased with the service Bryan provided.  While he is very polite and professional, he is very easy to talk to, so I could ask him general questions about foundation, etc., and he explained to me in the way I could understand.  I would definitely recommend his service to anybody who is experiencing water problems.  He might not be the cheapest, but I would rather pay him a little more and get it done right the first time.  Thank you, Bryan!"
