"My Deck was built in 1993 . it was wobbling , dirty and falling apart. Jay did an excellent job saving it .He replaced the stairs , Built a better support under them. He tighten and added new screws where needed . He sanded ,power wash and stain. The deck looks great and should last another 15 years easy. It was done at a fair and reasonable price. We have been in the dryer vent industry for over 8 years. We are a family owned and locally operated company. We offer a variety or services. We do a full vent line inspection to make sure there are no issues and up to code. We clean the entire vent and repair any problems the vent may have to bring it up to code. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
