They don't offer all the bells and whistles that some of the other folks out there offer with the fancy marketing packets about financing options and a quote generated instantly on the iPad (in fact, they write it out on paper with clear descriptions of the full slate of work in an easy to read format), but that extra stuff comes at an extra cost built in to their daily rates. That whole "full-service" option may be what some folks are looking for in terms of peace of mind, but for me, the primary goal was getting safe wiring upgrade completed by an experienced, licensed electrician in a reasonable time frame. In-House delivered on that and communicated well through the process, ensuring that our new house is safe and up to date."
