"We hired Gilbert Perez to complete a bathroom project for us. He started out coming on time then he started coming later and later. Gilbert did NOT complete our project. Our bathroom sink cannot be utilized because he has ignored all of my text messages and calls to come back and finish our sink. He said he would be here today Saturday at 8am and he is not here. Ive called, texted, left messages and he has been non responsive. After he received his check he told me I needed a longer piece for the sink. I sent him photos of the issue and he assured me he would be here. I would NOT HIRE this guy or recommend him ever. His number is 2023527629 if you see this number dont answer it. Im pissed off now we have to hire someone else to fix our sink."

I was able to send photos of the job, and they were able to review the fix and share an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable/ acceptable. Scheduling was made simple and the technician arrived on time and completed the job in record time. Payment process was simple as well. They sent me an email to pay online. They have multiple options to pay. I was very pleased with the finished product. I have attached some pictures to share the metal problem and the fix. Recommend hiring this company, good work ethics. "I've worked twice with Sam at Expert Appliance Services and came away impressed each time. He repaired a microwave/oven set in 2019 and a refrigerator in 2020 that both had faulty control boards. He returned calls promptly and arrived on time, walked me through how he diagnosed the problem (which aligned with what I'd read online about the units), was polite, accurate in his quotes, and gave me what I considered a fair price both times. Most importantly, both units are operating again and the repairs were substantially less than replacement units. Very professional service - I highly recommend him."

"Our deck caught fire last summer and we contracted Chris Heinz to do the rebuilding and replacement of our fire-damaged exterior. Chris was wonderful to work with! He worked with our insurance company tirelessly and also kept us informed every step of the way. He and his crew removed our old deck and siding, and built a new deck, a landing and stairs off our kitchen, installed a new sliding door and four windows, replaced our siding and trim, and installed new outdoor lighting. There were a few delays due to the pandemic and materials being readily unavailable from one of the manufacturers, but the timeframe was reasonable given the circumstances. Chris and his crew did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier. We love our beautiful new deck and the new siding and trim. We get so many compliments from our neighbors and passers-by!
