Spraying a coating on the existing roof would extend the life of it and that s what we chose to go with. It was more cost effective and it made sense to go with that for the next 5 years! We just bought the house and from what the home inspection said, the roof was in decent shape so I knew that buying a new roof wasn t needed. 5 year warranty on the work and elastomeric coating and we couldn t be happier with the work and with the honesty! Plus, the coating was from a company called PDI in Scottsdale and from what I read on their site, it s great quality material.
