"My project consisted of repair of an outdoor faucet and replacement of faucet hardware for an indoor bathroom. The workmanship was excellent and the plumber was very customer oriented in his communication with me during the project. I also was able to ask his advise on another outdoor faucet and later was able to resolve the issue myself!!"

"Tommy B was efficient and courteous. I knew who to expect since I got the name and a photo of the plumber in a text. He covered his shoes upon entering the home. He gave the price for parts and labor upfront. He replaced my old sump pump with a new Zoeller Sump pump. As he was working he patiently answered my questions. He cleaned the work area thoroughly. Excellent job."

"I definitely recommend Tommy and his crew. Our well pump stopped working and we didnâ t have any water. Tommy came out and determined what was wrong for free, gave me an accurate estimate. They were able to replace everything that day and get us water back. They were good natured and hard working, finishing the job in the dark. Came back the next day and cleaned out all our faucets, clearing the sediment stirred up from the new pump. All things considered, it was a very positive experience."

"Replaced main water shutt off valve and pressure regulating valve, quickly and at reasonable cost."

"Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate). I would definitely recommend both the company and technicians to others."

"Really appreciated the next-day appointment (on a Saturday) and the high quality Service Representative who showed up on time and completed the necessary repair quickly and efficiently. Really excellent service. Would highly recommend Snell Heating & Air Conditioning for any repairs or service. We will definitely call them again if we need any work on our HVAC systems."

"I received a price estimate over the phone without a site visit. When I scheduled the repair they came in promptly and on time to do the work the very next day. They replaced a garbage disposal and sink faucet (both items were purchased in advance by us) and completed the work professionally and well. The price was right and we are very happy."

"Replaced a well pump, pressure tank and switch. John Dexter was prompt in response and the installation was completed within a couple of days. The young man that completed the installation was very polite and did a great job. Had an issue with a slight leak on one of the tank fittings which did take two return trips to solve the issue which was nothing more than a lack of silicone grease on the o-rings. Two days later we detected a very bad taste in the water. Called Dexter to tell of the issue. John did not seem to concerned and ask me to email him what I was experiencing so he could forward to his water people. The taste and smell were very bad and the water could not be drank. Dexter's shop is literally a mile from my house. I think it would have been prudent for him to swing by and see the issue for himself. I decided after a few days of not hearing from Dexter, to contact someone else to solve the issue. While Dexter Well and Plumbing is fast to respond to the initial problem, they seem less concerned if there are issues after the fact."

"SwiftPro HVAC did such a great job that I have hired them for my plumbing needs as well (flush hot water heater and replace my sump pump. I highly recommend them. Their labor cost was $1000 less than ARS/McCarthy to do the same job!!!!"

"The owner came out very late at night on a holiday for our emergency leak and stayed very late to fix it. Would highly recommend"
