We entered into a written contract that the salesman wrote-up stating that the sliding door was to be installed WITHIN 45 DAYS OF SIGNING. I had not heard anything so I called the company and found out that they would be installing the door 3 WEEKS "AFTER" the 45th day of the written contract. Uhm, NO. I had to advise them that they COULD NOT unilaterally change a written contract without consulting us. And their failure to inform us of it did not sit well at all. At any rate, the job got completed within the 45 days and we love the door. My only advise is that if you hire them, STAY ON TOP IT. If you don't get a call with status updates, CALL THEM."
