"Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."

"The work perform was excellent. Mr. Jamerson and his team came in one day and put my new floor in one day. I was concern that the floor was going to take 2 1/2 days but they completed not just in one day but he was also able to do it on the 24 Dec which worked perfect for me becouse I didn’t have to take additional days off from work.
