"I’m caring for my 92 year old widowed Mother who needed a bed frame with headboard footboard with king mattress assembled immediately and damaged vinyl floor tiles replaced in a small bathroom. Tim arrived within 15 minutes of me speaking to him. Tim agreed to do the tasks at a phenomenally low price. The bed assembly was beyond complicated that’s why my Husband and I hired Tim who professionally assembled it even though the directions had crucial screws labeled incorrectly and over 100 pieces. Taking no break and not even accepting the offer for coffee Tim quickly moved onto ripping up the old vinyl tiles in the bathroom and installing 24” X aprox 48” tiles in the bathroom. He did an excellent job and that floor is so beautiful. It’s faux marble with clear caulk which looks so fresh and clean. I am thrilled with Tim’s hard work ethic, polite manners, skilled craftsmanship and trailer full of all the right tools. I plan on using Tim again and already referred him to a Friend."

"Rick and his partner were punctual, friendly and very professional. Our family room has a lot of trim and they took the time to prime, paint and caulk all the trim including the sliding french doors, windows, and bookcase. After that, they sprayed painted the walls. For the most part it was adequate coverage, but there are a few spots that I noticed that could have had an additional coat. I think next time (due to the type of paint purchased) I would ask for there to be a little more drying time between coats. These areas are minor so overall I think that they did  a really good job."

"We didn't have anything to rip or tear down except for the old stairs. Ryan and his crew were building us a new staircase to join our old deck to our new deck. It was somewhat tricky because the new deck is on a sloping rocky hill- and the old deck was designed in the shape of the bay windows on the house facing the lakeside. Our deck sets up high off the ground. 15 ft (where the old deck is and maybe 4 ft where the new deck is) Ryan tightened down and repaired our old deck too. It was loose in one area. He made it sturdy and put some new wood up. He also found a new place for our flag post and put that in for us too.. We now have about 1000 sq ft of A STUNNING DECK overlooking our Beautiful Lake Our neighbors comment how great it looks. I told Ryan to drop a business sign in the front yard ( lake side) So boaters can get his information if they want a deck built. "The work was professionally completed within the estimated cost and time. They kept me informed as to when they would arrive even when they were running late. The carpenters also did additional exterior things that they saw that needed to be taken care. These additional things did not add to the estimated cost or time."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
