"My block wall fencing was installed in early spring. In less than 3 months a corner pilaster was falling over and literally tearing the fencing apart. I can see daylight through the fencing in multiple areas! 6 months later they are still refusing to repair it properly. First they just wanted to slap some mortar on it and call it good and do nothing about the pilaster. Their office manager literally said there was nothing wrong with the pilaster and they could not fix what wasn't broken. These guys are the worst!! I wasted a lot of time dealing with them through the BBB and now it looks like I am going to have to go to small claims court to get resolution. Use anybody else for fencing."
