After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"I was less than impressed. They were as slow as molasses and not very though. I live in a two bedroom apartment. The man that packed the kitchen took three hours and when I checked, he had literally missed half the drawers and cabinets. He did the same thing in the second bedroom that we use as a storage room. He was removing a dresser and never checked the drawers, there was a box of heirloom pieces that he almost lost. Additionally the original quote was for about a thousand dollars. He did ask if he could add another man to the two man team but the final quote was DOUBLE the original quote $2,065. That is way over the average price for even a three bedroom house. He said it was because it took them 10 hours for three men to pack and move a two bedroom apartment. To top it offf I was very uncomfortable, the team member would not leave until I paid the invoice. I would not hire them again"

"National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "

"Honey Bees Moving was AWESOME! Tim and his team moved our equipment perfectly. It was a tough move with lots of stairs at both ends, and a new location that isn't on GPS completely. They took care of our equipment and both locations like they were their own. I would definitely recommend Honey Bees for any move you're making!"

"Unlimited Moving and Storage based in Illinois, was sent by American Dream Relocation is a third-party mover. Unlimited Moving and Storage aside from many valuables missing and items never returned, though they said they would, the customer service on both ends was nonexistent. Once American dream location got our deposit, they no longer wanted anything to do with us. Unlimited moving and storage made us pay in cash, and would not accept credit cards even though that?s how the deposit was made. And they refused to give a receipt. Then after they loaded a third of the truck, they came back and said never mind the $4000 quote, it?s actually gonna be $12,000! In cash! We almost lost our house because of them, if it wasn?t for family, we never would?ve come up with the money. These people are thieves, and con men. They stole $8000, by holding our things hostage. Don?t even talk to these people, this run in the opposite direction!"

"It has been one extra charge after another, at every stage of this move, with no recourse or debate for me as the customer. I would not hire this company again to move my child's tricycle across the street! I will see if my belongings are delivered intact tomorrow. Were very nice on the phone, but the actual service was abrupt and careless. NOT HAPPY! I am not one for more government regulation, but from what I have heard this is a common, unethical practice across the industry."
