His price was reasonable. He power washed my house and discovered wood rot around my windows. He told me what it would take to restore it. The adjustment in cost was reasonable. He showed up when he said he would be here and did an exceptional job. It's hard to find dependable people. I will bring him back on future projects. After the third time we decided to let a professional do the job. Brandon and Heritage Builders took care of our siding problem so quickly and professionally.
