He went above and beyond by making the step a little wider, which was very acceptable to us. Less chance of falling off as the other step was not so wide. Also we were aware of needing dirt work done around the house and rock out over it. He told us that we might want to get dirt work done to save damage layer. We told him yes we knew it needed done. He offered to do it at a very reasonable price. That evening the dirt work was done and the next morning rock was down. He is very efficient and professional. We will definitely use him again when we need more work done!!"
