He offered to show me his Angi badge as proof of identification. He was polite, experienced, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He quickly identified the issue with my oven, clearly explained what needed to be done to fix my oven, quoted a reasonable fee for his service, and completed the repair in a timely manner. He also gave me good pointers on how to clean my oven. I am extremely happy with every aspect of my oven repair from start to finish. If I could give a 10 star review, I would. "My dishwasher wasn’t draining. Bryan checked the drain pump. It was running. Then he verified that the computer board was good. He decided that it may simply be that the drain hose/overflow was clogged or not working. After a run to pick up the part, he quickly replaced it and problem solved. He was neat, created minimal mess (which he cleaned up) and really nice about explaining everything to me.
