Prior to our decision Juan Jr. and his Uncle arrived onsite and went over the installation. Juan Jr. also answered our questions and encouraged us to contact him directly if we had further concerns or questions. One of our major concerns was the electricity to operate the motors for the shutters. Juan Jr. took the time to explain how and where they would get the electric and that we would not experience any collateral issues but if something should occur then they would resolve it. They called the day before to confirm our installation and the team arrived on time. They worked through the day and finished the job the same day as promised. They took the additional time to guarantee all testing was complete and that all of the shutters operated, plus ensured that we were completely satisfied and happy with the product and their installation. We have never experienced storm or hurricane damage in the 35 years we have lived in our home but it was time we mitigated the risk. These shutters also function as security for our home when we are away on a trip. They are managed either individually from a local remote control or can be managed remotely via a mobile application from a smartphone. Duane did an excellent job on the installation which was not an ordinary job, he installed the storm door over a set of french doors. We are very happy with his work and would gladly ask for him again. Duane has saved this company from getting an F in ratings, great knowledge on how and what to do to get a satisfied customer.
My only complaint with this office is that Sharon does not know how to schedule and clearly does not know how to satisfy customers. If you schedule with this company only schedule in the morning, Sharon does not seem to know how long jobs take and has a poor handle on scheduling.
