"Very well. A neighbor recommended Kitchen Doctors. I had this work done last summer, and I was very pleased. Jim made suggestions such as "take out the pantry, move the refrigerator to the middle of that wall, make the island bigger ..." We tore out everything, and now I have a kitchen worthy of a magazine! The finished kitchen had everything I wanted. (I even have some extra shelves and 3 drawers with nothing in them! White cabinets, granite countertops, great drawers that close themselves. The guys were easy to work with. I really liked the crew, especially Patrick. He has nice manners and came when he said he would or he called if he was running late. Jim suggested electricians for that part of the job and also granite company. I was equally pleased with their work. I am currently remodeling a bathroom, and I am talking to them about handling that job. I should have written this review last year!"

"This company was a pleasure to deal with and their work was first class. They were true to their scheduling of the job and completed it within the 5 days they promised. Their workers were friendly and professional and well skilled in what they were doing. They were extremely careful in prepping the area and sealing off the kitchen area to contain the mild smell of the new paint. The new doors and refinished cabinets created a fantastic new look for our kitchen. We could not have been more pleased with the work of this firm."

"The young men were prompt and courteous and did a good job of sealing off and taping the spray zone. However, they were done in about 3 hours. On the return visit to apply the sealer they were done in under an hour. As they said, "It was an easy one." They asked me how smooth a texture I wanted and for the most part met my expectations, although in the corners and close to the backsplash --where the sanding was more difficult, the texture was quite bumpy.  They did not ask me to check the texture before proceeding with the sealer stage. If they had, I would have asked for a little more sanding first (for easier cleaning on my part). So, not perfect but not a big deal either. <br /> When they had cleaned up and approached me for payment I asked if there was any wiggle room in the price considering they were done in far less time than was estimated, and it had been a simple job. They said no. The only reason I didn't call the office to discuss the price, brief time spent etc was because my housemate was paying for this particular improvement (we share costs and alternate paying for jobs). While she agreed with my observations she was very busy at work and didn't feel like trying to argue the point. So, in summary I feel the quote was a bit high and uninformed, since Miracle Method's own employees exclaimed upon how easy the job was, and work was done in far less time than stated. The end result looks nice and has held up perfectly. I would just tell anyone to make sure that the quoted price took into account ALL the factors and the time frame quoted is factual. <br />"

"Thiago (owner) provided a written estimate of cost, then showed up for work the day promised. His workers were extremely efficient, and did not disturb us at all. Their method of work followed the plan outlined by Thiago at the first visit. The cabinet doors were removed, sanded and painted (refinished). The work was done quickly and neatly. Thiago checked on the work several times to make sure we were satisified, and offered additional suggestions for the future. Their cleanup was detailed and Thiago returned for a complete walkthrough of the project. Our bathroom ceiling had some moisture damage which required several coats of paint (4) and still showed. They used a completely different type of paint for the fifth coat that would resist the area showing through. In summary, we could not have asked for a better company than Short Pump Painters, and recommend that you make sure to get an estimate from them due to great quality of work."
