"Time management was poor at best. Crews running too many jobs at the same time. My bathroom remodel took over 8 months to finish after a 90 day projection. ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS VERY VERY BAD!!! Flooring was not laid smoothly (tile). Multiple holes cut in new sheet rock to hang light fixtures.. Apparently Troy can't use a tape measure properly. He was the supervisor that got fired. 1 of the workers was smoking weed in my house (we don't smoke anything inside). Neil the owner cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Very dishonest people, company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"Extremely pleased to have made the decision to hire. Add A Deck. Cannot stress enough what a good job they did putting a new deck on the back of my home. From the initial meeting with design suggestions to the completion of the deck, everything was seamless. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting a new deck, or refurbishing."

"If I could give zero stars I would! We had the most HORRIBLE experience with Christan/Nighthawk!!! We had a 3 phase home addition that was to be done in 6 months. It took 11 months and he only made it thru phase 2. He took our money then proceeded to only show up once a week for most of the project!! He left our roof off - exposing our home to extensive damage that he ignored - for 3 MONTHS!!!! He claimed we were a priority project to him and yet never showed up. And to add insult to injury the work he did was AWFUL! Framing was left exposed to the elements so long it grew mold (that we had to treat on our own dime) and the inside framing was so wrong that we had to rip it down and fix on our own. Beware of a sheep in wolfs clothing. Christian talks a good game and you'll believe he is a good guy/business man but he did us sooooo wrong!!! All I can say is do not make the same mistake we did - go with someone else!!!!"

"I hired RLD Builders to construct a retaining wall that needed replaced before we could repave the driveway. RLD Builders came in with a competitive price and won the job. What was to take a few weeks turned into a three month ordeal. The county permit process caused hurdle after hurdle to get the permits but Rafe kept on the county and we finally got the permits and the job was completed to our satisfaction. We then put the house on the market for sale and had moved to our new out-of-the-area location. The hot water tank in the basement decided to let loose causing major damage to the basement. This is where RLD Builders exceeded our expectations. Rafe and his crew jumped in and cleaned up the water damage, worked with the insurance agents to get approvals, and completely rebuilt our basement. Being that we were no longer in the area, it was a blessing to have RLD Builders on the job to take care of all the details. We couldn't have done it without them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! !"

"From initial design meeting to project completion Thomas Custom Builders kept promises, delivered outstanding work on time and on budget and exceeded our expectations in every way. Their on site team did everything they could to keep the work place clean and tidy so as disrupt our home life as little as possible. "If you want to hire a contractor that keeps your money (multiple $K) and didnâ t get the job done, this is the one to hire. We hires Trent to build the sunroom. After he presented the plan and we placed a deposit of $5000 to get the job started. He had an architect come to our course drawing the blueprint but we requested changes. In the meanwhile, we have engaged Trent for other small scale projects, such as adding a wall or adding rails to our porch. We paid all the projects in full after the projects are done. However, the main project on sunroom hasnâ t made any progress for over 8 months. Our request to the change of the drawing hasnâ t been addressed in a concrete manner. Understanding that Trent might have busy schedule and we didnâ t want to wait for any longer. We kindly requested to cancel the project, refund is $5000-minus the drawing fee. He agreed to refund in his initial text but then unresponsive for our calls and texts. However, he also didnâ t move forward with our project. So, essentially we paid $5000, got a semi-finished blueprint and waited for over a year and nothing was done. His argument was this $5000 was baked into the cost of other projects but we have separate quotes for other projects from him and weâ ve paid in full. After we have read other review about failing to refund $2000, it seems a consistent pattern. Please address it ASAP before we bring it to the next level!!"

"We just had the original kitchen in our 1968 house gutted and renewed by Vienna Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath (Prime Custom). BLUF: We highly recommend you consider them in your due diligence efforts to find a reliable & quality K&B contractor. Good internet reviews were a significant factor in selecting potential bidders for the refurbishment of our kitchen and two full bathrooms; that’s why we are submitting this robust positive feedback. In fact we are putting our money where our mouth is by awarding the refurbishment of our two main bathrooms to Prime Custom. These two combined projects are more costly than the kitchen was. Our procurement strategy was to hold back the bathrooms until they proved themselves with the kitchen. They came through in spades. Our kitchen journey from planning, contracting, detailed design, execution and final delivery was by no means a cakewalk but Prime Custom was an outstanding partner and delivered a quality product. We trust them! Believe me, we were a bigger “PitA” than any customer under the sun but Prime Custom Prime was collectively patient, understanding, informative and most importantly tolerant of their sometimes-antsy interior design challenged clueless customer. Their team, including an involved owner, consisted of Filiz the designer (PC Vienna), Nick the PM (PC Arlington), and several company employed skilled tradesmen in all disciplines, including the après project cleaning crew that were “the Best”. Even with a professional and organized contractor team doing quality work, the vagaries of ripping out and replacing a kitchen is a taxing psychological rollercoaster. Despite a detailed Statement of Work (SoW), there were lots of moving parts with so many big and small decisions throughout the project. Prime Custom did a masterful job “herding cats”. The project was 95% complete in three weeks and we were able to reclaim our new beautifulyl retooled kitchen by the middle of the fourth week. We did our homework. We developed three pages of bulletized line items, one for each room in our SoW. After interviewing a dozen K&B contractors including onsite visits and receiving half a dozen bids on our very comprehensive SoW, we culled the list down to three potential providers. Prime Custom matched the low bid for the kitchen with one contractor and the two bathrooms of another. We decided to go with Prime Custom with the hope of their doing all three rooms after they proved their worth on the kitchen. Our strategy has worked so far. We will update our review after Prime Custom completes the two bathrooms. It pays to be anal in working on home improvement project contracting, no matter how painful."
