"I would warn anyone hiring this person that she stood me up and didn?t return my calls. She left me hanging. I hired R & G cleaning services for a standard cleaning which she knew had to be done by Monday afternoon at 3:00 as I had guests coming. We set up a 10:00 appt for that morning. At 9:20 she messaged me that she?d like to reschedule for the following day. I was adamant that it needed to be done that day. After several texts and changing time till 1 PM, she ghosted me, and never showed up. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I really like Angie?s list and have used it several times. DO NOT HIRE R & G CLEANING SERVICE. Fatima Gallardo is not trustworthy."
