"My driveway fell apart within days. The company is non-responsive to a warranty claim. It wasn't installed properly, and the gravel started flaking off immediately. It is already leaving depressions which will only get worse after winter. I have been chasing this company for months with vague promises they will look into it. Their last response was for me to sealcoat the driveway - at my expense! - which would only cover up the damage. I am pursuing a claim in court. Avoid this company if you don't want to have to do this."

"Charles Stewart Roofing installed new roof in my house in Forest Hills, New York about 4 year ago in 2017 with 10-year all labor and material warranty. This month during the recent storm the roof was leaking very heavily in exact same area it leaked last time that led to the installation of the new roof. I contacted Charles Stewart Roofing and provided with video of leaking with water streaming from ceiling and pictures of damaged ceiling etc. Charles promptly responded via text message promising to repair the roof. "I contacted Marcor Construction Roofing since first noticing water leaking in from the roof around the skylight area that Marcor installed on my house August 30, 2017. When we first noticed this leaking in 2019 (skylights were installed at the same time by Marcor), a worker named Fidencio from their company came and applied some tar around the roof and skylight to try and stop the water, this was not the proper way to stop the leak, told to us by other roofers recently who I called in for repair estimates. In January 2023 I was told to call Owen Cornings to deal with this continuing problem, I did and spoke to Brad a Owens Cornings Quality Team representative who set up a Claim he asked me to forward information needed to open it, but they asked for additional information from the installer, which I do not know was every supplied to date. In May of 2023 I was in touch with Marcors production manager Chris who told me that the ?2 year warranty? was expired and to fix it, $750."
