"<p> </p> <p>The final product definitely added beauty and increased value to our home and was beyond our expectations when completed.  </p> <p> </p> <p>This is a very professional and pleasant to work with group and I now know why they are rated #1 in the three states they do business in.  Elliot, the owner, and Felesha, his site manager, (a combined 40 yrs. experience in the business) honored their appointment time, took measurements of the area to be worked, showed me samples of their completed work and we later discussed price, colors, and start date in Angie's List's correspondence section.  The work was completed in about a week.  The area was cleaned every day and at completion of the work.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Felesha, the site manager, has 24 years experience in all aspects of the concrete business and was onsite every day while the work was being done.  She would make helpful recommendations, spot areas that needed attention and help you through the project.  A comfortable feeling -- she was really looking out for you.</p> <p> </p> <p>A two (really three at times -- Felesha did the work with them many times) started the project -- Vick and Jose (they did the patio first) then Freddie was added when they started on the pool and spa decking.  You could tell that they knew what they were doing.  All these gentlemen were extremely nice, very respectful and professional.</p> <p> </p> <p>Of course this operation didn’t just get that way.  As a former aerospace manager I know.  I'm sure Elliot, the owner had much to do with -- an operation like this doesn’t just happen.</p> <p> </p>"

"Great. I had hired another company to build a less than 2 acre pond. Something was not right, it did not look deep enough. I called Joe to come survey the pond. Turns out, it was only 3-4 foot deep. I asked Joe to fix the situation. He came in and added about 2-3 feet to the dam and corrected the drain pipe depth to achieve the needed depth. Basically, he fixed what I paid the other guy to do. He made it right."

"The problem was not the quality of the work on the fence as much as the lack of experience of the workman. Sufficient information was not gathered about what might potentially cause a problem or be of concern. For example, no thought was given to the sprinkler system layout and as a result the line was broken in two places in the digging of post holes. These two broken lines were not repaired so the use of the connecting lines was impossible. He promised to come back to fix the problem but did not.  The other problem was the construction of the gates. They tend to flare at the bottom...not sure of the cause. <br /> I accept that I could have been more informed on what to elaborate on with a young craftsman. Therefore, I would likely use them again but be more specific in the initial phase. <br />"

They tore out the old carpet and even sanded off old paint on the concrete floor to make sure the new hardwood floor would bond right. They replaced rotted wood on the second floor bathroom due to a leaky toilet and even fixed the toilet. They did a great job in installing the new wood floor and everything else. </p> <p>Mr. Springer, the owner of the company, is adamant that the job be done right. His three man crew are extremely hard working and also want to make sure the job is done correctly. The crew cleaned up the work space every day they were here. </p> <p>Mr. Springer provided me with estimates as the job progressed, and his prices were extremely reasonable considering the high quality of his work.</p> <p>I am considering building a new house, and Kalos is the company I would use to build it.</p> <br />"

"Mr. Jenkins came out personally to assess the damage on our roof and give an estimate for repairs. Within just a few days, his guys dropped off their supplies and work began the next day.
