Anthony arrived on time to review the job and provide consultation. He gave us a flat rate price and then a nice senior citizen discount from an Angie's List coupon from his page - which we accepted his reasonable rate and told him to start work immediately. After looking at the parts he needed based on the materials we had on hand, left the house briefly to buy those parts. The work included plumbing under the sink was updated and adjusted to provide more storage space, kitchen faucet and spray installed on the new countertop, gas line hookup to the stove and dishwasher water and waste lines hooked up. Then he proceeded to the bathroom to install the new vanity and hooked up the water and plumbing lines. Job was clean and tight. Nothing leaks and it seemed the water pressure improved after all the new plumbing fixtures were hooked up."

"Upon requesting an estimate to install a new water heater, Niko contacted me immediately and provided me with a very good price for purchasing and installing the new water heater and removing the old one. I had no hot water and needed the job done ASAP. Niko arrived within less than 2 hours, installed the new water heater within 2 hours with no problem. He also installed two new shut off valves (the hot valve was missing and the cold valve was very old) and a new faucet for my kitchen sink, which I had already purchased, all for a very good price. And the definition of a good plumbing company in my mind is someone that thoroughly inspects the situation, takes there time with the estimate, thoroughly explains the damage with what is needed for repair or replace, and gives a honest estimate for the work. Then lastly follows through with good work. Egli plumbing is 5 stars across the board. They took the time to not only evaluate the issue but stayed until the job was done right. We took on major damage to our main sewer line in the basement. They did a full replacement, installed new traps, and put in check valves to prevent further flooding issues. Our situation was dyer and they never once tried to take advantage of our situation with price gouging or doing un necessary work. We will be using Egli plumbing for all future projects, as well as calling on them annually for maintenance checks."

"They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"

"It has been said that the judge of a civilization by how it discards their, er, "liquid wastes." When that liquid waste was not flowing properly in the basement of my 120+ year old home, I was very concerned that this would be the downfall of the civilization, at least by how it is constituted in my home. So when Pasquale showed up and with his magic "snake camera" revealed that the sewer pipe under my basement had collapsed, I was VERY concerned. I had visions of raw sewage flooding my basement and workers digging something akin to the Panama Canal in my basement - you know: dirt! As it turned out, Pasquale runs an operation that runs very smoothly: he and his crew came out on a Friday morning at 8:30 am (on the dot!) and started taking up the concrete in my basement (it was a trench about 3 feet wide and 4 feet deep.) They had to move a lot of shelves out of the room where the digging was taking place, and they were careful when doing so. Pasquale estimated it would take a week to complete the work, but this dude underpromises and overdelivers: it took 3 long days of work (they generally worked from 8:30 am to about 4 pm and they DON'T take 2 hour "lunch breaks.") Since most of this work took place on a weekend (Friday - Sunday), I expected that I probably paid extra, but not having a working sewage line was not an option for me and my tenants. In the end Pasquale and his colleagues did a beautiful job (however "beautiful" installing a new sewer pipe could be.) I can now get a good night's sleep knowing that Pasquale guaranteed that this pipe will last until 2122, which works out to be about $150/year. Would you pay that much to know that your sewage pipe won't back up again? I used to pay $250/year to have this cruddy old pipe cleaned, so I not only do I sleep better at night (easily worth the 41¢ per night), but it's one less thing I have to worry about in this old house. Postscript: About a week after they finished, a small pipe developed a leak which may or may not have been caused by the work done. Pasquale was arrived within an hour and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Good plumbers are hard to find: they try to sell you unnecessary work, or don't show up to work, or show up late, or do part of the job, then disappear for a few days or weeks, or they just do cruddy work. P & A is an amazing company, and show that our civilization still has good people around to take care of our sewage."

"Couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Had leaks in the bathroom going down into the ceiling of the kitchen from a bad contractor who remodeled the bathroom. Called Ryan & Company to come take a look and the owner Bill came to take a look later that day. Sent out his technician Brandon, who was at our house at 8 AM the next morning to do the repairs. After fixing the leaking shower, we decided he should check the toilet and sink as well to be safe.
