"Be sure to get detail of work and estimate in writing. She dropped off 5 high school kids to lay a 9x 20 area of sod. No prep work. She then ran to get 3 shrubs and 2 small hostas for my landscaping job. One round midget arborvitae had a Lowe?s tag left on it. Yes, that is all. See attached before and after. She was supposed to trim and clean under pine. She charged $87. To trim about 4 branches under my pine tree. Then $25 to spray weed killer under it. They were her less than an hour and a half. She was so nice and kind to me I trusted her. I paid her $1200. In cash. She said she would come back and balance the right side of my porch with the arborvitae?s. Then she wouldn?t answer my phone calls or respond to my text messages for 2 weeks. I finally sent message thru FB and she told me she did what we agreed upon and she wasn?t coming back to my home. Totally shocked that she was not going to come back and do what she told me she would do. "

They responded quickly, made an appt. with a half hour window, showed up on time, provided a thorough solution to our water damage/rodent problem, gave us a reasonable written estimate then banged out the job on-time a few days later. FYI they are devout Christians who gave us a brochure about finding Jesus with their card, but they were not pushy about this."

That is almost 15 more that anyone else in the county working today. We started out pumping out the old out houses and moved on to making, instaling, and pumping out septic tanks. We now only pump out septic tanks and do septic tank inspections.
"DeJonghe Septic is an excellent company. Matt is not only an expert at what he does;he is very honest and has an outstanding work ethic. For example, when he came to pump our septic today, we discovered that the 50 year old lid had shattered since the last pumping. My wife and I went out to buy the riser and lid that Matt recommended, but didn't quite have the expertise to do it ourselves. Matt came back in the midst of his very busy day, helped us to install the riser, and refused to take any extra money for the second trip to our house! Their pumping prices are also reasonable and Misty in the office is very helpful. I don't give many five star reviews, but this one is well deserved."
