"They are a very dry service. They bring in this big rotator brush and a little bit of spray. It's not a wet clean. It's a dry clean. I don't think it gets nearly as clean as other companies. The coaches were good, because there's a wet clean there that they use. But I was not impressed as all with the carpets. He was very friendly, did his job and was professional. He was on time and all those other things. I just don't personally think that's a good way to clean carpet. I like my carpets wet. The experience was good, he just used a method that I didn't. If you want a dry clean for your carpet, then he's the guy to call. If you want a dry clean method, it's an A. I have no fault with the company. It's simply the cleaning method."

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."

First, they ship your replacement filters when it's time to change them, so it's a good reminder to change out the filters, which is better for the life of your HVAC equipment. Second, you don't have to buy in bulk and then find a closet to store a year's worth of filters in order to get them at a good price. The shipped price is about the same as I pay at Home Depot."
