Key Landscaping replied and Steve was very prompt and professional and had a great knowledge of all aspects of lawn and irrigation. I felt completely confident in him and his crew which in fact proved, I definitely chose the right person for the job!! The crew showed up when promised and it only took a total of two days from start to completion of the job. I was very impressed with the results and Steve even took the time to explain to me the operation of the irrigation controller and made several trips to my home to check on the progress of the lawn to make sure everything was progressing the way it was suppose to be. "We had interviewed , about 8 companies, some were personable, others were not, some were informative, others tried to sound like they belonged in this industry. Tim came with one of his employees, it was at the end of the day , they poured earlier, and Tim looked like he rolled around on the color;) He was really funny, and kind, and patient, even after a clearly long day, he did not rush us, he answered questions, that others couldn&#39;t. This told my husband and I that if he was willing to walk us through the process after a long day, and answer questions, we were probably going to hire him. "It went very well. <br /> Of course, it was a lot more money than I anticipated.  When the sink was removed, there was stuff that wasnt up to code that had to be redone, and some mice damage that needed to be repaired.  There were problems with the walls, <br /> so they pretty much needed to be rebuilt. <br /> <br /> The ceramic tile installation is a work of art, <br /> <br /> Crew was professional and thorough. <br /> They have done a lot of work on a neighbor's house and it looks great. <br /> <br /> CAn't wait till I have more money to have them do more. <br />"

"Richard and his team did an amazing job. I heard about them via referral and Richard called me back the same day I called them to inquire about getting my driveway done. He came out to the location the same day, and I got a quote right away. Him and his team was timely, and took great care in ensuring they have clean lines, proper grading etc. they will be coming back to seal cost once my driveway is cured. Very happy overall and would recommend them to anyone!"

"We had a good experience with this contractor. He did what he said he would do and didn't charge us any more money when he hit a snag. One big snag was he found a spring underground where the septic field was going so he had to build it above ground level or mounded. This was an extra cost of 5-6 thousand dollars that he did not charge us for. All the work was performed well and on time. In some cases we needed to have him show up on last minute notice and he did. He also has close relationships with very key people in the community that made dealing with many of the tasks associated with building a house easier. He also is a builder and gave us many free tips and advise during the project as well as taking an interest in the project visiting the site once in a while to see how things were going."
