"I called Sin Cal's in to my new house to inspect the chimneys the day after we bought the home.  For $99, they reviewed all chimneys in the house, including the dryer vent.  They found that the tile liner from my furnace flu was damaged and unsafe to use.  I scheduled with them and had them come out and replace the old tile flu liner with a new steel liner.  The job turned out to be bigger than they expected, but they stuck to the original price quote.  I was so impressed that I had them back out a few days later to clean and inspect the wood stove in the house.  They did a great job and even showed my wife how to use it and start a fire.  I will use these guys in the future for all of my chimney needs."
