"It went great! They were very professional and were here when they said they would be and cleaned up behind themselves. We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. I was impressed that they handled the call back so quickly, which to me, says a lot about their integrity. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again."

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

I have two people that work with me but I am the only full time employee. I do the estimates but I also do the work, absolutely no subcontracting. My billing practices are very informal, basically whatever terms we agree on. Limited financing is available.

"Anthony was awesome! I can't stress that enough. Super nice guy, very dependable and honest. His prices are GREAT and we sure couldn't be any happier. I recommend him all the time with confidence. The quotes we received from the "other guys" were 3 times higher! That's because they have high overhead and advertising. He pays his workers well and they are courteous and thankful. I agree with the comment above where the customer said he even came out on the holiday -- he also did that for us. Thanks for reading my review. I promise every word is true.
