One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. This company shows up unannounced with no material, walks onto your property without ringing the front bell, CANCELS APPOINTMENTS CONTINUOSLY. I paid for ice shield and they never installed it! Prior to this incident they made a repair on my Ridge Vent that they just installed, after 4 cancellations they made a 5 minute repair a child could have made! My neighbor across the street had a new roof installed yesterday 3/ 27/ 26 i told them DO NOT USE POWER REMODELING! WORST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS LETTING THIER SALESMAN IN MY HOUSE. Once this is over I never want that company on my property again! BEWARE MY FRIENDS "

"We were referred to A-1 for inspection of our chimney the same day the plumbing contractor installed our new boiler. A-1 determined (via camera) that the chimney was in good repair but that a liner was needed per code. They arrived as we requested the next day to do the work. The workers were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The cost seemed reasonable at $2650 for it was not a simple job. We will have them return in twelve months to inspect/clean the flues for both our boiler and wood stove."
