"Start was delayed by one day. Initial walk through with foreman did not happen as he did not show up until later. (He took very incomplete notes during initial contract discussion so made assumptions and mistakes, as did I.) Lost an entire faucet because I missed it on their contract rewrite. Ugh! Had to argue to get them to replace correct buckled walkway sections. The morning of the concrete deck pour had to have them reframe the deck due to not paying attention to detail. Also, I had to wrangle with them to come pick up the wood from the rotting decking being replaced with the concrete pour. It was way to much stress with these guys. This said, they were the best price. If you insist on a formal pre-contract-start walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page, they have good workers who know their stuff. The work is quality work. If you go in knowing you have to be the project manager, you can save a few bucks."

The concrete pads that they installed are 4" thick with rebar, control joints, and expansion material along the edges at existing concrete. "Jose did a 50-yard-long cement walkway varying from 4 to 8 feet wide and then installed brick on top. He also did some drainage work that ended up a being a bigger job than we planned due to slope & elevation. He is a licensed general contractor and has a hard-working team he works with including his father who has been in the cement business for many years. They have the large digging & dirt moving equipment needed for the work. Jose was open and flexible with changes I wanted to make along the way. I am happy with my walkway and the drainage work and would use Triple MMM Construction again."

They ground a stump, did the grading, installed retaining walls and underground drainage, installed sod, planted all kinds plants, and laid boulders, gravel and pavers. They also built two giant brick walls that collectively stretched about half an acre. They were professional, respectful, responsive, kind and they showed up when they said they would. A couple times mistakes were made because of me and they corrected it and didn’t charge me. Overall, we received a great value for the price we paid and we highly recommend their services."
