"They do good. Just a couple guys that try to come and sell us stuff. My husband and I say no. One of the guys tried to sell us stuff and I said no. I'm not just some old lady who doesn't know. My husband does the same thing, so if we don't need it, we don't need it. They did work that we needed, the duct, yeah, they did good. Yes, they are responsive. They always leave a message for service needs, they leave a message., is needed to be for air or heat or anything. Sometimes we call them, they respond. They make appointments. They work our schedule and sometimes we work their. If they're late, they call."
