As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question. I did not feel valued as a customer, nor did I receive the level of service your company promotes. I would appreciate a follow-up to discuss this matter and understand how you intend to resolve it.
