"I put my info on home advisors. We had multiple roofers out to estimate the roof repair. Jon, owner of York roofing, did not try to upcharge or fix what did not need fixed. He gave a very reasonable price to fix the roof. His crew was out 2 days later at 0730 just like he said. They were done by noon. They also did lots of extras they found when working and did not charge for them! The roof is beautiful top notch job. Jon is truly a fair, honest man and has an incredible crew! Will be calling York again for painting the house!"

"The entire process went very smoothly. Initially, German Roofing was extremely helpful temporarily repairing and existing leak. Their estimate for the entire jot was not the lowest, but it may have been the lowest for a quality job which I was able to research. A few weeks later, actual roof replacement took several days and went very well. Not one single unpleasant surprise. I do not remember seeing a crew work so hard. Also, the office staff was very professional and courteous. I can assure anyone reading this that German Roofing will be an excellent choice"

"Put in for the quote and got a response fast. We negotiated over the phone they are flexible. They were there the next day doing power wash. They also won't take money until you're satisfied. The paint job is great and they will come back and fix anything you can find afterwards. House was painted 3 days after contacting them. NOTE: All I would say if there are cracks or repairs you want fixed before they paint walk outside and mark them with something so they can see them otherwise they possibly won't be touched."

"Valley Contracting repaired my covered patio. It was 23 years old. Wood facia was rotting and the roll out shingles were deteriorating. After product was a new roof with new facia and a slick foam top vs. shingle. They also painted my 2 story house since it's been 13 years. Came home from vacation to a fresh looking house with a new covered patio. Would definitely hire again (next project is whole roof replacement).
