During the planning stage Troy provided me with pricing for each specific plant, rather than just describing X number of plants for X price. I knew what the size of each plant would be, so there were no surprises. He even provided me with a computer image of just how my garden would look. When I didn't like the rip rap delivered by the rock company, there was no argument about changing it out, or who would pay to remove the offensive rip rap. "Just completed a major project with Sustain Scape. Mike (owner) was punctual, knowledgeable and great to work with. Chris back at the office was very informative and responsive. The estimate process was painless (price was very reasonable compared with other estimates) and the work began the following week. Although it took 2 days longer than projected, the price never changed. The crew worked hard the whole time (in 110 + heat) and when they were done we were so pleased with the results. We replaced our entire irrigation and lighting systems and did some minor planting refreshes as well as some other odds and ends.
