"He showed up in a timely manner, he spoke with us to see what we want it done. He walked the yard, he mowed. He trimmed, and he cleaned up. He was very thorough and professional."

"They've been doing it for several years now. We could tell a difference when the one year we decided "eh, we can just do this ourselves". We weren't real successful. Neither my husband nor I really care to get out there and do that physical playing around."

"I think he's been out here a few times, once a year. He's very efficient, he does an excellent job and I have no quams with any work we've asked him to do. Little things of relandscaping, removing bushes and putting new ones in he's been able to do for me. If I've had a tree or bush that's died he's had good ideas and has done replacements for me and it's always looked very compatible with the rest of the landscaping I've had."

"Purchased water softner on Jan. 5. Salesman (Randy?) was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. Softner was promptly and professionally installed by Steve on Jan 6. Installer was on time, friendly, neat and completed the job in very reasonable time. I would definitely use them again and recommend them."

"The prep and mulch work was great while the boss was around. I later discovered that the last part laid had barely been prepped, if at all, as large weeds came through almost immediately. We also asked to have an area planted with ground cover. I was told to kill the weeds, etc present, and call them to proceed. When we called, a different employee showed up, and didn't know what we were talking about. He recommended a plant his boss had said not to use. We called the boss, and he set a very loose all-day window in which he would appear. He never showed up, nor called. With our initial work, we had the same problem- when we called him, he told us there had been a death in his family, which seemed very reasonable, although we would have appreciated a cancellation from his staff rather than hang around all day. This second time will probably end our relationship. There is simply no excuse not to at least call, and give very little credence to 'after the fact' excuses; such conduct tells me that his time is more important than mine, and given that we are the consumer, he won't last long in this fairly new business of his. It is unfortunate, as he seems to be a fairly nice guy. He clearly needs an office manager, as when I went to his business to drop off a check, one employee walked away from the office as I pulled in, and there was no one at the desk, nor any way to buzz or ring for help. After waiting 5 minutes, I left the check on the desk and left.
"

"I contacted Mark Bailey on Sept 27th, requesting an estimate to have my dead trees cut down and he came out the same day. After he left, I thought about it for a few minutes then gave his office a call and asked them to go ahead and put me on the list. Mark had told me he would send me the proposal but at that time I didn't understand I had to sign it and send it back. Ok, my oversight. Not a big deal.
I got over there and signed the proposal Oct 5th and was told it would be 2-3 weeks until the work would be done. Mark told me he'd come out, probably the day after to mark the trees that were coming down and that was fine. If he came out, I never saw him and I didn't notice anything marked other than the orange spots the electric company had put on a couple of the tree trunks. He also told me he'd give me a day or two notice before work began.
The work was completed over three days. The first day, I got a call from Mark at 7:56am to tell me the crew would be at my property between 9 and 10am. The crew was great. Jeff, Rob and Mel were experienced and knowledgeable and it showed. They put the majority of the cut wood right in my front yard where I wanted it. They took care of 3 trees the first day. They told me they'd be back the next week to do more.
Due to the remnants of hurricane Sandy they crew wasn't back until the following Friday and took down 2 more trees. I didn't get any notice at all that they were coming that particular day. I asked before they left when they would be back and Mel called the office, then told me they'd be back out on Monday, Nov. 5th, which they were.
All in all they did a great job! Thanks guys.
"
