"It went smoothly exactly as Paul described the job. His crew installed a sump pump and ensured in drained to the curb. The crew replaced the drain run to the curb and dug around the existing bushes. The crew also connected the the roof downspout to the run to the curb.The crew installed a perforated pipe in a trench which created a floating basement floor on 3 sides of the basement. (the 4th wall was not necessary since was an interior wall.) They concreted over the pipe with a gap to the wall. they repaired and painted the basement walls."

"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "No problems with the quality of the work or the time it took, but it was surprisingly expensive. So much so that I almost regretted having the work done. The plumber found the shut-off valves inoperable and began replacing them without telling me about it or the additional cost. I should have looked over his shoulder more often and asked more questions, but I did not. Any repairman beginning additional repairs without asking really rubs me the wrong way and leads to a "B" rating at best and a "No" on hiring again. Learn from my mistake: make certain that you do your research on pricing and agree on a price range and scope of work with Geiler (or anyone, for that matter) before they begin the work."

A salesman was let go so I had to make several calls before I found his replacement to get the second part of my job completed. They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater. They did a good job but I think someone should follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and all of the work was performed correctly."
