"The day Jason came to give me the quote he was a totally different person than he was when he came to do the job. He was friendly and personable. When he came to do the job, he would hardly look at or speak to me. The day of our job beginning he called to ask lots of clarifying questions, which was fine. However, he assured us he would not rut up the yard. That was not true. Our side yard and back yard are both significantly rutted and our driveway has mud all over it. My second complaint comes from the day the concrete was poured. He left the water hose hooked up and turned on for roughly 5 hours before contacting me that night to tell me so I could go fix it. And my final complaint, which I may or may not see resolution to is the lack of cleanup that was done. There is concrete all over our existing deck, the siding of our house, and the port where our dryer vent comes outside. Additionally, there is now a huge gap under the fence (from the machinery that was not supposed to rut up the yard) which we will have to correct before we can let our dog out. When i called Jason to say uh...hey...what about this concrete all over the house. He said he would return tomorrow (despite the fact this was at 10:20am so he could have come to fix it same day as it should have been completed today). We will see if he does in fact come correct it tomorrow or not. At this point, a project I was very excited to see done has caused me a great deal of upset because of the lack of professionalism in completion of the job."

"Jesse with Roto Rooter came out to clean some roots from our main drain. Previous company (Conway) had been out about a week earlier but apparently didn't use the right head on the auger so we were having problems again within that week. Conway had stated a one year warranty on their coupon but wouldn't honor it even a week later. We called Roto Rooter & talked to Jesse explained what happened with previous company and he felt sure we didn't not need to replace any of the main drain like Conway was wanting to do at a huge price. Jesse with Roto Rooter came out used a different auger head than the other guy had used. The Roto Rooter cost was $200 with a 3 month warranty and Jesse assured us the 3 month warranty would be honored. Work was done on August 9, 2017. However we did not have to call him again. He advised us to use a root dissolving product once or twice a year. We took that advice and as of May of 2018 we have had no problem so far. If we do again, we would certainly call Jesse with Roto-Rooter. We have learned it is better to use a company that has an experienced tech who knows the right tools to use and specializes in clearing roots from a main drain."

Stamped concrete is a decorative technique where concrete is patterned, textured, or embossed to resemble materials like brick, tile, stone, or wood. After pouring the concrete, installers add color and stamp patterns onto the surface before it sets, creating an attractive finish. Basic stamped concrete designs start at $8 per square foot, making them less expensive than pavers, brick, or slate. However, more intricate designs cost up to $28 per square foot. While complex designs are pricier, stamped concrete often provides a cost-effective alternative to traditional materials.
A stamped concrete overlay costs between $3 and $5 per square foot, making it an affordable choice to update an existing surface. This overlay option refreshes outdated concrete by adding design elements such as multiple colors and custom patterns. In a 100-square-foot project, the expense is between $300 and $500, and the process enhances appearance with minimal additional work.
Stamped concrete lasts up to 25 years when installed by expert professionals using quality materials. This durability means your surface is engineered to remain attractive and strong throughout its lifespan. Regular resealing every two to five years and prompt repairs ensure the concrete maintains its integrity and visual appeal over its whole lifespan.
Stamped concrete is a cost-effective alternative to laying pavers. This option provides comparable aesthetic appeal at an average rate of $12 per square foot, less than the high expense of brick or slate installations. Homeowners gain a modern and customizable finish while reducing overall installation and maintenance expenses when they choose stamped concrete.
