"The service was disappointing, although I guess that I should not have expected much for $99 .  The contractor visited the property unannounced (on a weekend) to review the project.  Follow-up communication was poor.... I arrived home from work one day to find the work completed..... despite a promise to notify me in advance. Only a portion of the agreed upon service area was aerated.  I cannot find any grass seed in the lawn so I am doubtful that much, if any, overseeding was performed.  Like many other recent Big Deal purchases, I will need to rent equipment or hire another contractor to finish the job. <br />"
