"Complaint filed 5/7/25 with BBB of Wisconsin. This is a HORRIBLE company who just blow off customer complaints who have legitimate concerns on plants that are ordered online and do not survive the year. They cover up reviews left on their site and on Facebook! My reviews were quickly deleted and none were posted to their online site! This company has had problems dating back to 1972 in a court case that’s public knowledge!"

Outdoor concepts is a design/build landscape company that focuses on the e. metro and w. wisconsin. Our specialty is the creative use of natural stone, though we also work with some concrete products. Our designs tend toward the more natural and simple end of the spectrum, striking a nice balance between art and utility in the competitive and cost-conscious environment of today, finding a way to solve a problem in an effective, creative, yet low-cost way is our mandate. We are a small company, running only one crew at a time, which maximizes our ability to affect and control results, to the advantage of our clients. The business owner, joe ebertz, spends significant time on every job we do, as a quality control measure. Additional email - design@outdoorconcepts.biz.

"Our 14 year old landscape/beds were weedy and overgrown. The previous owners finished the lawn 'in a pinch' and neglected to put any fabric down in the flower beds. Mulch rarely stayed where it was laid due to the wind we sometimes experience. Pro's Touch stripped the mulch, overgrown shrubs and plants, leaving the nicer ones and moving some to fill in open spots. Heavy fabric was laid down and river rock installed. The cost of landscaping hurts, but the Pro's Touch estimate was close to half of the other two we contacted. The workers were professional and friendly."

In business since 2000. We are a licensed general contractor specializing in small to mid-sized remodeling jobs. We offer full service contractor services to the person with a small job. Plumbing and electric work is sub-contracted using people we have experience working with focusing on best value in low price for best quality. We do not have employees but operate a small partnership under the LLC title. Payment for services are generally payment on satisfactory completion, however larger jobs do require a down payment to amount to at a minimum the amount estimated for materials. We accept major credit cards. Our winter prices are seasonally adjusted down to provide and incentive for people to have a lower cost if they choose to do the job in the cold weather.

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in River Falls, WI

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
