The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I went to purchase the products that they needed to complete the job, and they were done within an hour. These Electricians are Highly competent, efficient, and thorough. They caught and corrected electrical issues that another Electrician botched, all while making us aware of a potential ant issue in the attic. Mr. Sparky had a representative show up within 48 hours of my inquiry, and they were able to give me a quote and completed the repair on the same day! The installer, Alexander Sandoval was not only knowledgeable in the issue I was having repaired, but in other inquiries I had as well...including eventually upgrading my current wiring and cosmetic lighting inquiries. "The owner, Mike, did the estimate - very good experience. The office manager, Alicia, was very pleasant and responsive. Jeremy and Darian performed the work - professional AND nice to be around, very efficient, very knowledgeable, did a lot of work in a very reasonable amount of time (installed two inside receptacles, properly wired/grounded ALL the outlets in my home, installed an exterior outlet and replaced my [hanging] security light with the fixture I purchased and attached it to the wall, all in less than half a day). I saw this as an investment in the place I love to live, and though the price tag was significant for me, the sense of safety and convenience I now have as a result of getting things done correctly makes it worth every penny. This is a great group of people and I would recommend them and hire them again!"

"At the time scheduled, two young gentlemen (Sam & Larry(?) I am terrible at remembering names!) arrived at the house, after calling to confirm their arrival on the drive over. They first took the time to understand exactly what the job entailed, asked good questions and listened to my answers to determine my preferences, made excellent suggestions to improve the installation appearance & function, and then proceeded to do an efficient, professional, and excellent job installing the two large TV's and one new home-theater sound system. The job was not rushed and the obviously-experienced pair paid attention to every detail, so that upon completion there were no wires to be seen and the TV's looked and sounded great. When they left, there was no debris or materials left behind, so that except for the result of the work there were no signs that workers had been there! The price was quite reasonable given the quality of the service provided, and I can confidently recommend Smart Home Services for this type of service."
