"Nate was very professional. He checked everything on my washer that was only a little over a year old. We have a well and my husband had just bought a new pressure switch for it and hasn’t put it on yet. Nate determined the reason my washer wouldn’t work was because of the well switch. When my husband replaced it. I was able to do 2 loads of laundry and the next day 2 more loads, and it worked great. Nate was here for several hrs. Testing everything on the washer and felt like that was the problem. If I ever need an appliance repair again I will definitely call him again. "

"The Pro was supposed to come on June 30th at 5:00 p.m. When he did not show up I called his phone number and got his brother. His brother said he would come at 7:30 p.m. which he did, but he did not fix my two items completely. He was booked to come back on July 12th to finish the job but never showed up despite me leaving two messages on his voicemail and texting him to remind him to come. He never came nor responded to me."
