Although he eventually agreed to the 3:45 PM time slot today, he canceled exactly at the time of the appointment, claiming he could not find the location. I have noted a significant language barrier but explicitly instructed him to use GPS. I believe his claim that the GPS failed is false and that he canceled because he lacked the time to complete the job. I found the experience extremely unprofessional and stated that if he had been honest about his availability, I would have hired someone else. "
