"My house was looking very dingy and tired. The roof was covered in moss and the brick front was covered in moss and algae. In the past we had the house and roof power washed, but nothing seemed to help. I received a mailing about Roof Renew Pros and decided to give them a call. "Pat came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. He was both nice and professional and he was honest about the fact that it might take some time for optimal results, but would come out again in 2 months to re-treat if necessary. Pat was kind enough to delay treatment because a bird had built a nest in an area directly under the roof and later because I had had one side of my house painted and he wanted to wait for a month so that the paint job would not be jeopardized by the process. When all of these obstacles (on my part) had been overcome, he came out with his helpers and the job was done carefully and protectively of my gardens and property. One area of my roof had a build-up of moss and Pat explained that it might take some time for optimal results, as the "cottage cheese" crumbs would eventually disintegrate and blow off. (This has begun to happen). He further stated that he would come out again in two months to evaluate whether further cleaning needed to be done, which he would do at no charge. I would definitely recommend and hire him again."
