"Mr. Appliance came to my home on May 6, 2025, to diagnose my washer. Larry, the technician, was professional and explained a $99 diagnostic fee would be waived if I proceeded with the repair. I paid a $300 deposit for the part. When the part failed to fix the issue on May 8, Larry advised buying a new washer instead. I was told $201 of my deposit would be refunded by check, but over two months later I?ve still received nothing. I?ve emailed, called, left messages, spoken with Derek (who assured me the refund was coming), and even reached out on social media?yet no response.
