He was polite and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He ordered the parts and explained the problem and gave me options. . After ordering the parts he came with another person by the name of Derek and the two of them worked all day in the cold wind and snow inside and out! ( right after this current snow storm -January 2026 .They finished the job very efficiently were neat and clean and they were concerned about my well-being. Both were excellent workers! I was very pleased with their work and their kindness I would highly recommend these two workers! The company is very lucky to have them both! He was also very helpful in repairing my ductwork that had become unattached over the last year. It all seemed very effortless for him and he made sure to clean up thoroughly. It took just over 3 hours at a reasonable fee for my small 1000 ft one level house. I will recommend them to friends and I will definitely hire them again. They also perform other services like deep steam cleaning of rugs. A wonderful experience overall. "
