"Simply put, a flawless process from beginning to end! When I experienced a hail storm on 01/07/23, the only thing I knew to do was contact my insurance company. I wasn't sure if I had damage or not since I wasn't climbing up on my roof. After getting an appointment with my adjustor, I knew I needed to contact a roofing company, but who? My late husband handled these type of situations and I wasn't sure who to trust doing business with. There were so many roofing company's in my little neighborhood the next day knocking on doors. I managed to avoid most all of them until I could figure out just what to do. Thank goodness for Paula, a co-worker and friend. She highly recommended Robert Coker, who has been a friend of hers for a long time. And Paula explained to me WHY she recommended Robert and Rejuven8 Roofing and Restoration. I took the info Paula gave me, gave it much thought and decided to call Robert Coker. I reached his voicemail stating he was out of town and wouldn't be back until the following week. I left a detailed message and did not expect a call back until the following week. It wasn't but an hour or two later, Robert called me back. I learned he was vacationing in Mexico. Unexpected and quite impressed at the quick return phone call. Robert told me he would be happy to help me. The adjuster and Robert Coker was at my house on time to do an inspection of my roof, detached garage and small shed in the back yard. He was very professional in communicating with the adjustor and me. After the inspection, Robert sat down with me and explained every single detail and the process. He provided written information on every aspect of the roofing process. And everything Robert told me went exactly as he stated. He handled every single thing. I couldn't believe it. From the paperwork, notifying me of the date of delivery of the materials to the date and time Rejuven8 Roofing would be starting the job. I must mention without fail, the team who put the new roof on my home, garage and shed today, did an outstanding job! They worked non-stop and in tandem! They did an awesome job and my new roof simply looks amazing! I love it! I am so pleased and happy that I chose Rejuven8 Roofing and Restoration for this project. "First let me state, work was done when we (My area) had just had some severe weather a lot of people had had Roof damage and such due to Hail. That said, my B Ratings on the Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism are all very much influenced by this, as everyone was getting work done, there were no less that 5 different groups in my subdivision alone, on any given day, and the owner of the company, Tony, voiced this up front and gave me a longer lead time to get started. He was able to get to us faster than the original long lead he stated. When we did speak, Tony was friendly and professional, but he wasn't always easy to get hold of. When we had some items that weren't quite right, he had gotten it taken care of, without excuses and it was resolved quickly (and for note, none of the items were big things, just smaller things, for example, missing to paint the inside of the door way (framing) on the garage. Also note, this review is being written around 2 years after all work was done. So my A on Quality is not right after work was done, but in a 2 year tried and tested time frame, in which the work still looks great overall, and no problems areas have arisen. I had a lot done, and they did it in a good amount of time in comparison to my neighbors and friends roofing people, and, taking into considering the current workload and simultaneous jobs they had going at the time. Each job I had done was a different crew. Some were Great (Team that did the Fence) and Some were, less than great (Team that did the roof, which was what was currently in high demand at the moment). I did look over materials that were used, and all was exactly what was stated up front, and was all the name-brand material, in case anyone is curious. He also did NOT charge extra for two color paint use (trim and siding varied). Warranties were all good and at least 5 years for lowest (fencing) and considerably longer (I think 20-25 for roof) for other items. Overall I would recommend to use, and I will probably use again myself. I would expect the experience to be a firewall 5 (All A's) when next I choose to use them, as it won't be during a time that everyone and their mother are getting the same type work done."

"Called woodlands roofing for estimate. There was some initial confusion on coming out for an estimate due to owner recently having oral surgery, but he realized the error and proactively called about missing appointment. He obviously knew what the issue was and gave a very fair price. Work was performed quickly and perfectly, as evidenced by a huge storm hitting us 6 days later , and not a leak to be seen. Will gladly call them again, they obviously know what they are doing."
