"It went very well. I was impressed from the first phone call when Tony told me that they were able to look at my roof remotely with a GPS to determine my pricing. He let me know when I could expect the estimate by email and quickly responded to my questions. The work was scheduled, but because of a slight delay from a supplier, had to be rescheduled for 2 days later, but I was kept in the loop throughout the process. The workers arrived on schedule and completed the job in one day, working until dark, and coming back the next day to thoroughly clean the premises of any sign that they had even been here. I am very pleased with this entire transaction and will look for other opportunities to use this company."

There was some initial confusion on coming out for an estimate due to owner recently having oral surgery, but he realized the error and proactively called about missing appointment. He obviously knew what the issue was and gave a very fair price. Work was performed quickly and perfectly, as evidenced by a huge storm hitting us 6 days later , and not a leak to be seen.
