"Mike called me back the same day I sent contact email, even though it was a weekend. He came over and gave us a realistic estimate that was in middle range of other estimates we got. We went with Silver Oaks because Mike seemed very professional and intelligent. They were also willing to work within our schedule which was very tight. (We needed work to be done immediately.)
The crew started work after prompt arrival Monday morning. Everyone was pleasant, polite and professional, and they worked incredibly hard for four days. We had selected paint colors from samples at Sherwin Williams and emailed to Mike. Jim, the crew leader, picked up paint, so we got a great price on good quality paint it and didn't have to deal with carting it around.
EXTERIOR: Siding repairs and painting went very quickly but were beautifully done. Every line on the trim was carefully cut in, including the grid lines on the garage door, so the end product looks really sharp. Wherever more than two coats were needed (we were covering a very bold color), they gave extra time and attention to make sure it was right.
INTERIOR: We had purged all the clutter, but they came in and moved all the furniture and made sure furniture and carpet was protected. The window sills and door jambs were neatly cut in, nail holes filled, etc. Again, the end product is super clean and sharp.
As I staged the rooms to show the realtor, I noticed a few small details that needed tweaking, and Mike sent three guys over the next day to take care of it, so I was additionally impressed with that conscientious follow up even after we'd paid the bill and called it done. They seem very sincere in their commitment to customer satisfaction, and I would have to nitpick to find something to complain about.
The realtor was very impressed overall. The goal was to make the house "move-in ready" inside and out and that mission was definitely accomplished. Final cost ended up a few hundred dollars more than the estimate because of additional siding needing to be replaced, but we did not feel at all wedged for extras. Quite the opposite. These guys really went above and beyond, throwing in some additional small drywall patches and finishing work, vacuuming stairs, leaving everything clean and moving furniture back into place. 
We are really grateful for the remarkably smooth experience with this substantial job and would not hesitate to recommend Silver Oaks for major renovations.
