"Kevinwas outstanding as he provided professional advice to me and to Lowes. the plumber lowes hired forgot to reconnect the garbage disposal hose to the dishwasher on their first visit. the plumber told lowes that not much water came out even though he did not verify with a moisture meter Kevin gave me advice to use a moisture meter and I found two areas with 100% Moisture even though I had a fan in the cabinet under the sink for days. He also reviewed the meter readings as I checked it when he came out for a carpet cleaning quote. Kevin saved me from the plumbers erroneous response to my request to review any damage caused by their failure to reconnect the hose to the dishwasher. The plumber came out right away but DID NOT verify his assumptions by using a moisture meter. Thank you, Kevin for your outstanding assistance and advice! The plumber finally responded and drilled 4 large holes so my fan could reach the underside of the cabinet. I will find out over the next week or so if the delay in action by the plumber resulted in damage to my counters. I am so happy with Kevim's support as I was helpless in this issue. as a result of his findings, the lowes installation manager came out finally with the plumber 5 days after reporting this issue. unfortunately. I had to call lowes several times about this. finally, I asked the manager to call Kevin as he is a fluid restoration specialists their plumber is not. the plumber finally took action and drilled 4 holes so the fans I bought could reach the area under the counter. I can only hope that this will take care of any potential counter warping or mold issues. I bought home new and have lived in it for 15 years without a single incidence of water damage 7 til now. My counter opening area meter reading at just short of 100% Thank you. Kevin!8"

"Gerael and team were amazing. I found him on Angi and they completely demoed and retiled our entire 2,500 SF home in Tierra Verde. From there they completely remade our master bathroom shower and tub area with marble tile. In addition to great workmanship Gerael, never missed a start date and once they started, they did not stop until the job was completed unlike so many other contractors that i have dealt with that over promise and under deliver. "I have a Jason tub with jets. Two of the jets broke. Jason sent me new jets. However, I cannot get the remaining pieces from the broken jets out. I contacted Jason and Jason could not tell me how to get the remaining pieces out. I cannot put the new jets in without removing the remaining pieces from the broken jets. I asked Jason for the name of someone who services Jason tubs. Jason informed me that they do not have any service people within 100 miles of my location, and I am well under 100 miles from San Jose. I am now left with a Jason tub for which I paid thousands of dollars and which is now a piece of junk because a plastic part broke and cannot be replaced. How absurd. I will never buy a Jason product again. What a monumental mistake."

"Olaf installed our 36 inch ceramic tile. He gave us an outstanding the fair quote for the work. He picked up the tile from Floor And Decor for us saving us $250. He moved all the furniture from the room to be tiled and reinstall all the furniture after the tiling was completed. He was always on time and worked late on certain days to complete the job as promised . Olaf’s assistant was extremely competent and helpful. They worked as a wonderful team sharing all the work. They removed all the old carpeting from the room to be tiled, including the padding. They carried all the used carpeting and padding away and cleaning up every night after they had completed their work. The job was completed on schedule and the finishing around the edges of the tile was immaculate. All the nail heads were spackled. Any gaps were filled the final job look incredible! I can’t recommend Olaf and his service highly enough! We have three other rooms to be tiled and looking forward to having him do each one of them."
